"Leadership is the capacity to make an inspiring vision become reality."
This was our conviction in the hours of the foundation of the MLI Leadership Institute and it still is today. And so, a few years ago we set off together on the journey to conquer the planet of strategy activation. Today, the MLI Leadership Institute, based in Munich and with offices in London, Basel and Innsbruck, is a consulting boutique for companies and non-profit organisations that – like us – are convinced that the value of a strategy is no longer measured only by its sales targets, but also by the number of followers. The more people you can convince that your strategy will work, the more valuable it will be.
Since 2013 the MLI Leadership Institute has also been the initiator and co-founder of the Future of Leadership Initiative. The FLI is an offer to business partners but also to individuals who want to explore the future of leadership in times of digitalization. FLI organizes two open offers for this purpose:
- FLI Think Tank (Co-Creation): Here, cross-generational teams of thought leaders meet to further develop an annually changing topic and to discuss it at the annual FLI Annual Meeting.
- FLI Academie (Executive Development): This is where decision-makers from various industries come together to learn and further develop the skills for leadership of the future.
Whether exciting activation projects with companies or thinking ahead with leadership... a common purpose connects all our colleagues in Germany, England, Austria and Switzerland:
IN THIS INSTITUTE
WE WELCOME OUR CLIENTS
WE LISTEN TO THEIR NEEDS
WE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE
WE CELEBRATE OTHER PERSPECTIVES
AND FOSTER AN AGILE MINDSET
IN THE IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP
IN BUILDING A BETTER FUTURE AND
IN THE NEED TO NOT ONLY TALK ABOUT BUT
TO BRING THE RIGHT STRATEGIES INTO ACTION
Together we establish a new, dynamic understanding of leadership at the MLI Leadership Institute. In order to achieve strategic goals faster, qualify companies for the future, open up even more to innovation – and become more attractive for the next generation of leaders.
